Dear respected brothers and sisters of Mirpur Real Estate Forum,
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

It had long been a cherished dream to bring together all developers of the Greater Mirpur area under one common platform.With that vision in mind, the journey of the Mirpur Real Estate Forum officially began in March 2024 through the formation of an Organizing Committee.

Today, as we convene this General Meeting to present our financial report and form an Election Committee toward establishing a full-fledged Executive Committee, I feel both grateful and proud. I extend my heartfelt thanks and warm welcome to everyone for your continuous support and gracious presence.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all those brothers who have worked tirelessly and contributed immensely to bring the Forum to this stage. Without your dedication, hard work, and cooperation, today’s progress would not have been possible.

You are all aware that the Mirpur Real Estate Forum was founded with the objectives of protecting the interests of real estate businessmen in the Greater Mirpur area, removing business obstacles through unity, enhancing the beauty of Mirpur, promoting planned and sustainable housing, and assisting the central organization, REHAB.

Since its inception, a strong sense of brotherhood, solidarity, and cooperation has developed among our members, which truly inspires me. Through your sincere participation, enthusiasm, and encouragement, the Forum has now evolved into an institutional and respected organization.
It is worth mentioning that this is a non-political and non-profit association.

The inspiration behind this initiative came after REHAB’s most recent election, which resulted in a business-friendly leadership. Encouraged by that success, we envisioned a similar platform for Mirpur, and thus, our journey began. Every one of our members is a proud partner in this collective endeavor.

I express my sincere gratitude to all members, well-wishers, and every individual and organization that has supported our efforts. The success achieved by the Organizing Committee over the past ten months belongs to all of you, and any shortcomings are mine alone.
Insha’Allah, I will soon hand over responsibilities to the newly elected committee, confident that they will lead this Forum with excellence and take it to new heights.

Even after the transition, I assure you of my continued support for the development of this Forum in every possible way.If there has been any shortcoming in this arrangement, I humbly seek your kind understanding and valuable suggestions.
